Hot Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup (undiluted)
    1 1/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Take broccoli from package; place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir to break apart and drain, if necessary.
    Add soup, milk, butter, basil and pepper.
    Microwave at High 4 to 5 minutes; stir after 3 minutes.
    To serve, ladle soup into serving bowls.
    Makes 4 servings.
