Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
4 c. rhubarb, diced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter and 2 egg yolks.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Mix rhubarb, flour, 2 cups sugar and 2 egg yolks.
Put on crust and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
