Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 (No. 3) can creamed corn
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix everything but cheese.
Pour 1/2 of batter in a greased dish.
Add 1/2 of cheese on batter, then pour remaining batter on cheese.
Cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
