Carrot Fondant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large carrot
    powdered sugar
    flavoring
Preparation
    If you've made jelly and it refuses to jell, don't bother emptying it out of glasses to boil again.
    Just put in the oven, glasses and all, at 250\u00b0 for about an hour.
    Put a small portion of water in the bottom of the pan.
