Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and let set in refrigerator overnight. Shape into rolls. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Open foil; drain. Let rolls set out until dry.
