Dilly Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. diced, stuffed olives
    7 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth to boil, add rice and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and broth is absorbed. Remove from heat and cool.
