Enchilada'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    pkg. of 10 burrito tortillas
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chili beans
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato sauce or tomato soup
    1 medium diced onion
Preparation
    Brown hamburg.
    Fry tortillas in hot oil by flipping over after 3 seconds (or when small bubbles form in the tortilla).
    Mix hamburg, onion, beans and a small amount of cheese together in a bowl.
    Spread a large spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture on tortilla and roll up.
    Place in baking dish until full.
    In same bowl, mix the 3 sauces together, then pour over enchiladas. Spread evenly, then sprinkle over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
