Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground round
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce or more to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. celery
    1/2 lb. fresh onions (optional)
Preparation
    Simmer tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, bouillon, chili powder, kidney beans and Tabasco sauce in large pot for 1 hour.
