Honey Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 to 1 c. white wine
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in small pan; add wine, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and mix well.
    Pour sauce over chicken in shallow baking dish.
    Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake another 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice and condiments such as chutney and peanuts.
