Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast or boneless chicken, cooked and cut in small pieces
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. nonsalted Ritz cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow casserole dish.
    Mix sour cream and soup; pour over chicken.
    Mix crumbs and poppy seed with melted butter (mix with mixer).
    Cover chicken with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
