Canned Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salmon
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. catsup (optional)
Preparation
    Clean and cut in chunks the salmon and pack in a quart jar. Add rest of the ingredients.
    Cook at 10 pounds of pressure for 90 minutes in a pressure cooker.
