Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. sour milk
1/2 c. melted shortening
1 c. apples
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar,
baking powder, soda and salt.
Beat eggs; add sour milk
and
shortening.
Mix in apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
