Make-Ahead Brunch Bake(Refrigerate Overnight; Bake Next Day) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork or turkey sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. light cream or half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 tsp. Durkee ground mustard
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese or reduced-fat cheese
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into large skillet.
    Cook over medium-high heat until browned; drain well.
    Stir in eggs, cream, salt, mustard, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate, covered, 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
