Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, seeded and grated
    1 1/4 c. green pepper, seeded and grated
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 oz. pectin (Certo)
    green food coloring
Preparation
    Mix together peppers, sugar and vinegar in large pan.
    Heat to boiling and boil for 1 minute.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Add pectin and a few drops food coloring.
    Pour into Mason jars or baby food jars and seal with paraffin.
    Recipe makes 7 cups.
    To serve:
    Pour over crackers spread with cream cheese.
