Macaroni And Cheese Without Cheese(Non-Dairy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 c. raw cashews
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice (less if fresh)
    4 oz. jar pimentos
    1 tsp. onion salt or powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. food yeast
    well cooked macaroni
Preparation
    Blend water, cashews and salt in blender.
    Add oil slowly, then add lemon juice, pimentos, onion salt or powder, garlic powder and food yeast.
    Whiz together, mix with macaroni and cook for 1/2 hour or until done in a moderate oven.
    This sauce will keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks.
