Marinade From Gary'S Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sherry wine
    1 can 7-Up
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and pour over meat (any with exception of fish). Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Place on grill and watch closely, turning often.
