Spaghetti Sauce(For 50 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. ground chuck, sprinkled with garlic salt and pepper while browning
    1 to 2 lb. pork sausage (mild)
    4 to 6 packs spaghetti sauce dry mix
    2 large cans tomatoes, crushed
    1 large can tomato paste or 2 cans tomato sauce
    1 gal. size cans catsup
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground chuck and sausage. Put browned meat in a large saucepan and add spaghetti sauce dry mix. Add tomatoes. Add tomato paste or tomato sauce and catsup.
    I add oregano and garlic salt until it tastes like I want it to.
