Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. thin sliced potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    6 pork loin chops (1-inch thick)
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, layer half the potatoes and onion.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Repeat layers.
    Combine soup and sour cream; pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
