Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pared zucchini, peels on
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
Preparation

Pare 2 cups zucchini, unpeeled and uncooked.
Mix with wet ingredients.
In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix together until moist.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Pour ingredients into oiled loaf pan (2) and bake 1 hour or until done.
