Shrimp And Mushrooms With Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled (leave tips of tails on)
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 oz. vermicelli
    1/4 c. dry vermouth
    1/3 c. Romano and Parmesan cheese, grated and mixed together
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Boil water for vermicelli.
    Heat skillet and add butter and olive oil.
    Saute mushrooms until brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
