Brunch Souffle(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    6 slices white bread, cubed (crusts removed if desired)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and cool.
    Crumble sausage into bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl and add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes; mix well.
    Add cheese and sausage; mix again.
    Spoon into 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
