Gingered Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 beaten eggs
    3 c. finely shredded carrots
    3/4 c. dried fruit bits
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Grease and flour two 9 x 1 1/2-inch round pans.
    Set aside.
