Celery Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. blanched almonds
    4 c. celery (sliced Chinese style)
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 cube chicken bouillon, crushed
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat; add almonds.
    Saute until light brown, add celery, onion, sugar, garlic powder, ginger and bouillon cube.
    Stir carefully until well mixed and cook until crisp-tender about 10 minutes.
    Serves 4 people.
