Annie Wingate'S Chicken Noodle Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large hen
    2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onion
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles
    1 can tomato soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken in salted water until tender.
    Reserve broth. Cut meat into large bite size pieces and set aside.
