Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
2/3 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan in oven.
Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper.
Coat chicken; place skin side down in pan.
Set oven at 350\u00b0.
Bake 35 minutes; turn and bake until done, about 15 minutes.
