Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes
    3 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
    onion salt to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on; cook in refrigerator.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass dish with Pam.
    Peel potatoes and grate into dish. Season with onion salt, salt and pepper.
    Pour whipping cream over all.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown.
