Potato Fingers(Czech Slaski) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, boiled and mashed
    3 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Boil and mash potatoes.
    Add salt and flour.
    Make a stiff dough using more flour, if needed.
    Take about a 1/2 cup dough and roll into a rope on floured board.
    Roll into finger thickness. Cut into 3-inch lengths.
    Place on greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown on bottom.
    Turn each one and brown other side. Remove from pan.
    Place in greased 7 x 11-inch pan.
    Cover with 1 1/2 cups half and half or light cream.
    Bake 25 minutes.
