Scalloped Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked asparagus, drained
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place asparagus in buttered casserole.
    Blend melted butter, flour and milk.
    Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese and salt.
    Pour over asparagus.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
