Norwegian Apple Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. zwieback crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sweetened applesauce
Preparation

Melt butter in a pan.
Add crumbs, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In Pyrex cake pan, place layer of crumbs and layer of applesauce. Repeat, ending with crumbs.
Dot with a little more butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Serve warm with Custard Sauce.
