Orange Bow Knot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk (scalded)
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 well-beaten eggs
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. orange peel
5 c. flour
Preparation

Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
Cool to lukewarm; soften yeast in mixture.
Add eggs, juice and grated peel.
Beat thoroughly; add flour and mix to soft dough.
Cover and let stand in bowl for 10 minutes.
Knead lightly on a floured board surface. Let rise until double.
Punch holes in after it rises.
