Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (2 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
4 oz. extra sharp Cheddar (the soft kind)
1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. chopped pecans, divided
Preparation

Combine everything except 1/4 cup pecans.
After mixing well shape into ball and coat with remaining nuts.
