Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. cream
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and butter.
    Beat on high for 5 minutes. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into pastry-lined pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
