Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
