Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops
    onion slices
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown chops for 15 to 20 minutes over medium-high heat.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with pepper, garlic and salt (optional; the mushroom soup has a lot of salt).
    Top with onion slices and mushroom soup.
    Cover.
    Cook for at least 45 minutes (60 minutes is better) at 350\u00b0.
