Sausage Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or sausage
    4 Tbsp. Tex-Joy Italian seasoning
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    24- 6 inch flour tortillas
    guacomole
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with seasoning over medium heat. Drain and set aside. Divide meat and cheeses evenly over 12 tortillas. Moisten tortilla edges with water.
    Moisten edges of remaining 12 tortillas, place over meat mixture.
