Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast or rump or bottom roast or English cut
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    1 (14 oz.) bottle water
    1/2 bottle chili sauce
    3 Tbsp. bottled barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a roasting pan.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Remove meat and flake apart.
    Put meat back into the sauce.
    Serve on buns.
