Mexican Quesadillas With Meat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Cheddar
6 to 8 (12-inch) flour tortillas
2 chicken breasts, cubed, or pork or beef
1/3 c. salsa
1/2 c. cream cheese
Preparation

Save some Cheddar cheese for topping.
Brown meat in oil.
Mix in cheeses and salsa with browned meat.
Wrap in tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle some Cheddar cheese on top and melt.
