Southern Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2-1/2 c. corn, drained
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine corn, sugar, salt, pepper, green pepper and eggs.
Add butter to milk and heat until butter is melted.
Blend with corn mixture.
Bake in covered and buttered casserole for 1 hour.
