Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks oleo
1/2 c. pancake syrup
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 teaspoon soda.
Add 7 to 8 cups popped popcorn.
Stir popcorn to coat.
Pour on buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, stirring once. When cool, store in airtight container, or in a plastic bag.
