Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 to 10 medium/large potatoes
6 hot dogs
3 slices American cheese or Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Put into casserole dish.
Boil hot dogs.
Remove from water and slice lengthwise but not all the way through.
Add cheese strips into hot dogs.
Put hot dogs on top of the mashed potatoes and heat in microwave until cheese has melted, about 1 to 2 minutes.
