Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bread, crumbled
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 dash ground nutmeg
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, grated
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. corn oil
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 7/8 pkg. gravy mix
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Add
bread
to milk.
Mix in next 5 ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Chill.
Brown meat balls in oil in a large skillet. Prepare
gravy
according to directions, using 1 1/4 cups water. Blend in mayonnaise.
Add to meat balls and heat. Makes about 45 meat balls.
