Kentucky Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. roast (beef or pork)
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. hot sauce
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    3/4 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 or 2 c. broth
Preparation
    Cook roast in crock-pot overnight or in pressure cooker for 2 hours.
    Shred with fork and remove fat.
    Set aside.
    Cook onions and celery in broth until tender.
    Mix all other ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Empty broth from crock-pot and add all the ingredients together.
    Stir well and cook in crock-pot for 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
