Friendship Cake Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pineapple chunks with juice
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy
1 c. maraschino cherries with juice
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy
1 c. sliced peaches with juice
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. brandy

Preparation

Let set 2 weeks and stir daily.
Drain fruit; reserve juice for starter.
Fruit can be used on ice cream or served with whipped cream.
Start in a glass container with loose-fitting lid.
Keep at room temperature.
