Marinade(For Chops, Chicken, Fish, Tofu) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 to 1 c. soy sauce
4 large garlic cloves, minced
2 large scallions, cut into small pieces
1 Tbsp. parsley (chopped fresh is better, but dehydrated will suffice)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, then marinate meat for 1/2 hour plus.
Then grill or broil as usual.
