Sausage And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. sausage
Preparation

Brown and crumble slightly the ground sausage. Drain off grease.
Cool. In bowl, beat eggs.
Add milk, salt and mustard. Add bread and stir.
Add cheese and sausage.
Put in glass baking dish, 8 x 12-inches.
Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
