Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes and juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans, drained
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1/2 lb. grated cheese
corn chips
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion and drain.
Add salt, pepper, tomatoes and sauce.
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add beans and pour into casserole dish.
Top with cheese and corn chips.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
