Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 2 strips
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 small cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1 c. frozen snow peas
    1 c. drained bean sprouts
    1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
    1/4 c. bamboo shoots
    2 pkg. instant chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients with 1 cup water in large nonstick skillet.
    Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add green pepper, celery and snow peas; mix well.
    Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Serve over rice.
    Yield: 3 servings.
