The Best Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. (small bottle) light corn syrup
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour (scant)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter (softened) and sugar.
    Add corn syrup, flour, salt, cream, eggs, vanilla and pecans last.
    Pour into unbaked pie shells (9-inch deep dish).
    Bake on middle rack 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until set.
    Makes 2 pies.
