Cheese And Spinach Casserole(A Serbian Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained and defrosted
2 lb. creamed cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. American cheese
6 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Put cottage cheese in a large bowl.
Add unbeaten eggs, cut cheese and margarine in pieces.
Add flour.
Stir.
Add spinach (if spinach is defrosted it does not need to be boiled first). Place in greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
