Fresh Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 small carrot
    1/2 cucumber
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grate onion, carrot and cucumber.
    Drain well.
    Add vegetables to cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    Blend well and chill for several hours.
    Yield:
    1 1/2 cups.
    Serve with crackers.
